We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious with a stunning view of the valley. The hot spring onsen was also a highlight. The hotel's food was plentiful and delicious, especially the local specialty, which we enjoyed for dinner. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with a special request.
All good.

The view from the room was breathtaking, and the breakfast was really good. the hotel was located in a quiet area with clean air, and it was nice to have a public onsen and private onsen in the room.
The staff were very unhelpful and had poor communication skills. They were unable to assist us with basic requests, and their attitude was rude and unprofessional.

The hotel's surroundings are breathtaking, with a secluded location that provides a peaceful retreat. the rooms are spacious and clean, with a relaxing private onsen. the staff members are friendly and attentive, ensuring everyone's stay is as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, with a variety of dishes to choose from.
The public bath facilities were quite small and cramped, making it difficult to relax during peak hours.

We had a wonderful romantic escape and enjoyed the stunning views from our room, which was clean and spacious. The food was delicious and we particularly liked tasting the local beef. We also enjoyed relaxing in the private onsen in our room, which was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The location was perfect for us, as it provided the perfect balance of seclusion and beautiful views.
We did find the communication a bit challenging when it came to ordering dinner. Although the staff was friendly, we had some difficulty understanding them, and some instructions were not clear.
